The Almost Perfect Sunday Brunch Buffet--part 1

I am going to break this down into about 3-4 parts--took many pictures which I hope I can download as I am having problems with resizing and cropping pictures and will probably have to buy some photo software.
It was a great experience except for some minor faults but I want to get into the whole event from the outside elevator, the ambiance, the food, the service, the many landscapes and the beautiful scenery showing that Fort Lauderdale is really the Venice of America.
THE MENU (of which I had almost everything but the sushi which isn't my thing!)

Very elegant "upper crust" sounding menu. I might want to sample a couple of those things (probably not many), but I know exactly what my taste buds would be waiting for...the dessert selection!
