Suspects Hakim
Scott and Keith Phoenix will appear again in court this
week. The
two are charged for the death of Ecuadorean immigrant Jose
Sucuzhanay. In December of 2008 the father of two was
attacked as
he and his brother, arm-in-arm, were walking home. Anti-gay and Hispanic
epithets were hurled as the two suspects beat the brothers with a beer
bottle
and aluminum baseball bat. Scott and Phoenix are claiming self defense,
arguing
their vehicle was kicked. They also insist Sucuzhanay had a gun. Hate
crime
suspects should come up with better excuses.

interesting note about condom use among us older men: “Contrary to

perceptions, younger men generally had safer sex behaviors, while older
men got
tested less and used condoms less and had more sex partner.” Listen up
