Over the past few years I have been scheduled for an MRI and each time I panicked within 10 seconds and couldn't go through with it--I am not claustrophobic but I felt trapped just going into the shell--even tried an 'open' MRI but didn't help. My vascular surgeon made an appointment for me to have another one and he suggested I have a Valium this time when I got there--I did and LOVED it--never had taken one before but I can understand how people can be come addicted to them. In any case I went through the MRI without a qualm. Maybe I should take on each time I have ANY medical procedure like having my temperature taken!!! :O)

Afterwards Allen picked me up and we went to the Steak & Ale for a late lunch--they have a special of a 8 ounce prime rib, choice of potato and salad bar for $10.99-it was good!

Many people, including myself, are posting blogs at blogster and mybloggers--I plan to only comment on the mybloggers blogs and I would appreciate it if you did the same--no need to comment at both sites on the same blog--I would appreciate it if you would all do the same for me as I can read your comments when I am notified about same in e-mail without having to go to sites with dial up it saves me a lot of time--I appreciate it--now if we can only get AJ, Robin, Donna and the few good ones who haven't gone over to the good side to blog at mybloggers life would be easy for everyone!!

Don't hate me but I did my Monday weigh in and lost 6 of the pounds I gained from my birthday--hopefully I'll be back to 186 by Thursday and can concentrate on getting to 180.

We are having a perfect 'tourist' weather day today and it is suppose to continue all week with highs in the low 80 and in the 60s overnight.

PS As soon as Terry gets his nude shots together from the trip to Haulover beach and sends them to me I"ll pass them on!
