Not that I am keeping count but 10 days until I go to the opening
night of "A Chorus Line" with Allen--11 days until Alfredo and Michael get here
and 12 days until Michael, Alfredo, Gino, John, a friend of his and I go see "A
Chorus line"!!

news here in South Florida--Blue Bell ice cream has arrived> I didn't know it
even existed until there were stories in the paper how the momentous
happening--seems it is very popular in sections of the U.S. Naturally
being the enthusiastic consumer that I am I had to try it--best test for taste
is good old fashioned vanilla--it was very good--I did eat the whole
container (1/2 gallon) as my main dinner course. A little bit on the expensive
side so I will stick with the store brand though I might try some of their more
interesting mixed flavors in the future.
I haven't spoken to Allen or Andre today so I don't know if they went to the
nude beach--Haulover--or not. I do know from the weather in this part of town it
wasn't a beach day. It certainly didn't warm up as the weatherman said it would.
Oh well, maybe tomorrow.
I mentioned in my blog on Thursday that in the past year I have found myself
very sensitive to the cold and decided to stay in all day and work on my to-do
lists. I did but I forgot to mention that staying in all day can be very
fattening. I was constantly eating--everything from pretzels to yogurt to cheese
to frozen dinners to popcorn to grapes to bread and jelly to rice and on and on.
No more 'cold' days for me!!
Busy week ahead for me. On Monday I go to the dermatologist--an all day trip
as I go via HMO transportation. The next day I have Dolores coming in again to
get the place a little cleaner for the guys and then on Wednesday Allen will be
taking me to the Pantry of Broward to pick up a box of food plus my usual
errands. I, also, promised Dot I would come and work on her computer--her modem
isn't working to connect her to the Internet so I will be calling Dell, wherever
they may be in the world probably spending an hour or two hoping to get it
fixed.
