Manor. He currently lives in Hollywood and he felt out of the action
down here. (He, also, doesn't have a washer and dryer there and
everyone has their priorities, right?
The
place was repossessed by the bank and he got a good deal on it. He will
rent his place in Hollywood out and has about 3 months before he has to
move and he will need the time to get the new place in shape and the
way he wants it.
It is a corner townhouse with a patio in the
back and he is right across from the pool and exercise room. (We both
agree the exercise room would make a great apartment!!) The complex is
made up of 10 buildings and he is within walking distance of
'downtown--where all the action is--of Wilton Manors, though just
walking there could/would provide a lot of 'action'.
After he gets it all fixed we will post some 'after' pictures!
