challenged myself today and did it! (Okay, guys, get your mind out of the
gutter!
)
I walked
from the Gateway Terrace Apartments to the Gateway Shopping Center where the
Gateway Movie House is--and back!!!
Though it is a little less than a mile I have been hesitant to try it because
of my P.A.D. plus the operation though I knew I really wasn't hurting physically
from the latter. I just got out there and started walking and didn't even have
to stop to rest up before coming back. May not mean much to you but it is a
BIG accomplishment to me.
And because of that I have decided to treat myself to
tickets to see "A Chorus Line", not that I wouldn't have anyway! They go on sale THIS Friday for February 17-March 1--will go to see it with Alfredo,
Michael, Gino, Allen and John. No, not all together as we can get better tickets
going in groups of two or three--in any case I will drive the ticket guy crazy
this Friday as I want the best seats in the first row mezz for any performance
in any combination!!!!
