tourist or hurricane season but the rainy season--do I have to tell you
it hasn't stopped raining since?!?!?

I consider this an accomplishment---I took a nap this
afternoon for the first time since the operation--every way and any way
I do things like I did before I grab on to as a sign of 'normality'.
It has really been a nasty, winter sort of day today
with the rain, gray skies, almost a chill in the air and I am not
looking forward to the clock change next week.
Had a good session with the psych today and I am beginning to
understand the disconnect between the physical and the mental--doesn't
make the recovery any easier but at least understandable. Did discuss
the possibility of going back to my diet routine and, again, how it
would help me return to the normal days of yore.
I am, going to look into the possibility of attending
a yoga class at Whole Foods as many people have recommended it--yoga,
that is.
After seeing my primary I went next door to the deli and had a great corned beef sandwich and a banana nut muffin.
Deb is suppose to return from her cruise tomorrow and
call me and we have planned to go for lunch--hope she makes it and/or
doesn't ahve to rush back to Orlando--I am really looking forward to
meeting her--even giving up my Friday movie afternoon for her!!! LOL
Lookis
like the routine of 1/4 lorazapem in the AM, then at Noon and then
again at 7 PM and finally 1 and a 1/4 before bed time might just be the
right dosage to keeping me cool, calm, anxiety free and not like a
zombie!!!
Maybe, just maybe I have finally turned the corner--now to just get through the exams on Saturday!!!!
