Eyes, Big Brother, Judy, Larry and Others

It's
what I thought!! I didn't put the ointment in my eyes when I went to
sleep Thursday and Friday and the nostril stopped dripping. Last night
I experimented by putting the ointment in one eye--got up this morning
and my nostril (yes, singular) was dripping away.Wonder what the doctor will say when I call him tomorrow.

Larry
made his debut this afternoon on the breezeway!! He is one of the many
with an interesting back story--some day I'll have to get him to tell
you what he was up to before he came to Gateway!

"I
Could Go On Singing" was the last of the Great Judy Garland's
movies--it is a must see for Garland fans and/or those who haven't seen
the movie and/or those who aren't familiar with her--she sings and acts
up a storm in this film that was made just before she died. It will be
shown on Thursday at 8 PM on TCM cable--and if you don't get this channel rent the DVD.

JESSE  CHIMA    RONNIE

Yes,
I am a Big Brother fan even though I am finding #11 driving me up a
wall with a cast of some of the worst house members they have ever
had--I can't stand Jesse (so dumb, so full of himself, way too muscle
bound), Chima, (foul mouthed and prejudiced) or Ronnie (a rat if there ever was one) not to mention a couple of others.

RUSSELL

I find Russell 'interesting' along with Jeff and two of nerds but I don't remember their name. I would like to see Jesse, Chima and Ronnie voted out but with the new 'coup d'tat' coming up I think it might all be messed up.

I
have really gotten caught up in the "True Blood" series on HBO. It is
shown on Sunday followed by "Hung" (which hasn't 'proved' itself yet)
and then "Entourage". Of course, being on cable, it is repeated 3-4
times during the week. Guess I have to blame AJ for getting me into vampires, telepathics and all sorts of strange things. Alan Ball does a masterful job on his
second TV series. I am going to buy a gallon of True Blood when it is
bottled and sold in the supermarkets!
