I
am going to end Part 1 with a question on a topic I know very little
about but really want to hear from people who have experienced it.

I was going to think about what I wanted to write before I posted this blog but I know/knew I would write it, rewrite and then write it again and
it would be watered down by the time I posted it. I have decided to
just write off the top of my head which probably means it will be all
over the place, criss crossing, possibly contradictions.
I am not into vulgar or coarse language though I know all the words.
Yes, I could say blow job, and might even use it in a few instances,
but I prefer French active/French passive. If I say anything you don't

I don't like to label people but that is more of a given in gay life than nongay life. A 'top' and a 'bottom' are different in the former life than in
the latter. I am, basically, a top--though if I am laying on my back
and you are sitting on my penis does that make you a top? I don't think
so.

In spite of many nongay
people, especially at blogging sites, the stereo type of gay men being
into anal sex is not true. Not that many years ago it wasn't even
spoken among gay people and when it was it was usually accompanied by
jokes.

In this series I am talking for gay men, not gay women, and in most cases only talking for/about myself. These are MY opinions, feelings and thoughts.

I
came out when I was 12 and started exploring my sexuality when I was
13, mainly in the alleys, public restrooms, parks, bars, baths,
subways, not to forget the private parties in penthouses on the East
side.

From the age of 13 up to when I
turned 63 I averaged between 250-300 different sexual partners--if
anyone doubts me I have all the figures to prove it--I am not boasting
because  a lot of that had to do with a sex addiction.

By
the time I was 22 I had tried every kind of sex you can think of and
some acts you can't even imagine. After going through all that I
decided that I was into vanilla sex, that I loved the petting, hugging,
kissing, touching, mainlyFrench sex but, yes, once in awhile,  being Greek active.

I
am starting off with a subject that I know very little about and as far
as I know has nothing to do with sex. It is known as 'cutting' and is
usually done by teen age girls accompanied byanorexia . I have read
that when they cut themselves they are 'feeling' something as their
emotions, feelings and life are numb. I find it very disturbing coming
across blogs all over the
net with kids doing this and I really don't understand how they can.
Are they doing it for attention? Is it a mental thing?

I
really would like to hear from people who have experienced this and,
hopefully, have worked their way through it with success. I am not
looking for research papers or learned professions but actual cases.

It
is hard for me to comprehend how someone can take a razor, scissors,
paper clips, knives, broken glass or other objects and use them on
their body. I know I couldn't.
