Wilton Manors to sizzle with pride
This year's Stonewall Street Festival kicks off Saturday with a parade in Wilton Manors at 8:30 p.m. featuring 20 illuminated

Pride of Greater Fort Lauderdale's ninth annual Stonewall Street
Festival, this year dubbed ''Sizzling with Pride,'' runs Saturday
evening and all day Sunday in Wilton Manors. Nicki E. Grossman,
president of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors
Bureau, will be the grand marshal Saturday at the festival's first
night parade. Thousands are expected at Sunday's street festival along
Wilton Drive.

All events are on the main stage unless otherwise noted.
SATURDAY
3 p.m.: ''Sizzling T-Dance'' at Rosie's Bar & Grill, 2449 Wilton Dr.
7 p.m.: DJ Joe Bermudez spins from the Bacardi Limon Safari VIP Lounge.
8:30 p.m.: Night parade featuring more than 20 illuminated floats.
9:30 p.m.: Singer Tammy Wright performs with Visual EFX Productions in front of
the VIP Lounge and main stage to kick off the Joe Bermudez Dance Party
Extravaganza.
11:30 p.m.: ''Sizzling in the Night'' grand finale performance.
Midnight: Festivities continue at Bills, 2209 Wilton Dr.; Georgie's Alibi, 2266
Wilton Dr.; Rosie's Bar & Grill, and Sidelines Sports Bar, 2031
Wilton Dr., until 3 a.m.
SUNDAY
10 a.m.: HOTspots! opens with R&B artists.
11 a.m.: Dueling Pianos by Howl at the Moon.
Noon: DJ Tracy Young Spins from the main stage.

• Sidelines Sports Bar ''Party at the Goal Line'' hosted by DJ Ryan Morales.
2:30 p.m.: Singer Crystal Waters performs.
3 p.m.: Choral performance by Church of the Holy Song.
• Sidelines Sports Bar presents the ``Daisy D Show.''
• Rosie's Bar & Grill and For Your Entertainment bring live to the stage William Umana from Brazil.
3:30 p.m.: Brazilian singer Martha Luizza.
4 p.m.: The ''Some Like IT HOT!'' cabaret show.
• Tracy Young spins again at Rosie's Bar & Grill. DJ Pedro Arias rocks out Sidelines Sports Bar.
5 p.m.: Festival closes; DJ Joe Bermudez spins until 7 p.m. at Rosie's Bar & Grill.
