I watched "Saturday Night Live" for the first
time in 10 years as I like Betty White but, sorry, seeing/hearing a 88
year old woman talk 'dirty' and be 'naughty' is not my idea of funny,
not to mention that the skits were pretty bad--guess I'll wait another
10 years until I watch it again.

People are funny. I blog at one site where people are consistently moaning and groaning about it
being too conservative, too liberal, too religious, too this and too
that yet as far as I know no one makes them post blogs or make comments and they don't leave. Masochists? You don't like a
site leave--there are so many blogging sites out in cyberland
why be unhappy?

Even though "Ironman 2" was an awful
picture Gino, Allen and I went to the Quarterdeck restaurant and had
jambalaya made with shrimp, fish, sausage and chicken piled high on
pasta with garlic bread on the side--it was good!

Should you read a
person's blog as an
individual post or a part of their blogging history? When a person writes about THEIR experiences, THEIR
observations and don't present it as research or fact should you call
them names or a liar? Why do people read blogs of people they say they
don't like? Just some thoughts as I was reading blogs and comments yesterday--just
struck me that some people didn't take their medicine!!!

Today was one of those perfect days in South
Florida with warm temperatures, low humidity, a beautiful breeze with
the swimming pool water just right not to forget the delicious rum cake
Emily made for me on Friday. And, oh yes, Edie went away for 3 weeks so I
have the Cadillac 24/7 except for one day, probably Thursday, when I
have to bring the car in to get the trunk fixed, but that's another
story.

There's always a
bump in the road of life but you have to learn to adjust. I have an
appointment with my dentist for a cleaning on Tuesday and I don't know
how it happened but, once again, my lower bridge split in half. Ummmm---do I get the teeth cleaned
or the bridge fixed? Can't afford both but then if I don't get the
bridge fixed I won't be able to eat solid food but then ice cream is
soft--decisions, decisions, decisions.

On Monday I had gone for a complete blood
workup as I will be 'visiting' all my specialists in July and I always
bring them a copy--saves time and money. Everything is fine except for
my triglycerides which are high though my total cholesterol figure is
okay. Must be that rum cake--wait! I hadn't eaten that yet. Could it be
all the cheeseburgers I eat? NAH!

I do want to
thank those of you who suggested some blogs regarding gay life that you
were interested in  but, those who wanted me to get into the nitty gritty of gay sex, what kind
of guy do you think I am? And no I won't tell when, and if, I lost my
virginity--that is all in my diaries which are to be destroyed upon my
death!  LOL
