The before was taken in 1963 when I was 27--the afters were taken in the early 70s when I was in my 30s--the one in the middle I am wearing my 'patriotic' outfit which I wore on all American holidays--even the boots were red, white and blue stripes with a high stacked heel! LOL Notice the side burns??
All I can say about the one on the right is, "I wish I could be someone else so I could fall in love with me!"

Fact: Only 2-3% of dieters are successful in getting and keeping the weight off-discouraging?? No, because YOU and I can be or are in that category.
Fact: The majority who lose weight put it, and more, back on--goes to the mental attitude I mentioned before about getting rid of or losing weight--which do you want to do??
Fact: It is harder to keep the weight off than it is to get rid of it. All that means is that from your first day on a diet you have to start learning how to keep it off.
Fact: Do not lose an extra 5 pounds 'to play around with'--you will find it PLUS more.
I've tried it all--drinking water before I eat--chewing each bite x amount of times--timing between bites--none of it worked/works for me--the only thing that works is counting the amount of calories I take in.
A positive? I have eaten everything and anything you can think of and still have kept the weight off--not quite true--I will NOT eat oyster plant--UGH!!!
A confession--I have been very lax the past month in what I have eaten, and the amounts, and my clothes and scale show it--so?? I'm not lashing myself--just getting back to what I know I should do.
