Age-old Problem./other News.

Did you all have a good Easter?
It was quiet here and we decided to hit the ocean.
On our way to Maine, the sun was shinning and the weather temp was warm in the seventies.
We have acess to the ocean a little over an hour.
Being Easter Sunday and very surprised that they were wall of people.
How wonderful that this was.
Dogs playing with other dogs and people talking to everyone and how cool is that.
Why!because it was a surprising wonderful day.
Mike and I along with Buffy romp the beach.
I loved it.Talking to owners with their dogs as they sniffed one other(dogs that is lol)
I felt really alive as the sun was shinning on me and getting tons of Vitamin D.
The rest of the day enjoying time with Mike and Buffy.
Now we all hear about people and students being bully at school or any place.
While reading the so called newspaper and came across this letter to the editor.
I found this one sort of weird but do understand the feeling of this person who wrote this.
Below is the letter that he sumit to the paper.
Age-old -problem.

It is wonderful that we finally have a law that forces the schools to do something about bullying, a problem they have essentially been ignoring forever. It could use some changes to make it stronger, but it certainly does not need changes that will make it weaker.

I am in my 70s, but I will never forget the agonies I went through as the special victim of a burly senior, when I became a freshman in high school. Complaints to the principal, by both myself and my parents, only made the harassment worse. Being a clever child, after much thought, I came up with a plan that severely embarrassed several teachers and carefully planted the evidence that would get him expelled. As I had hoped, he chose not to return, and my problem was solved.

He went to work for a local farmer. The following spring, I read in the paper that while plowing a field remote from the farm, he had somehow managed to turn the tractor over on himself. My only regret is that I was not there to watch him die. The coroner estimated that this took eight hours.

There is no excuse for bullying, but I wonder about this guy. He admits the coroner said it took his bully 8 hours to die and he is only sorry that he was not there to watch it? I don't think he is emotionally healthy or blameless. He is downright creepy!
Glad you had a nice Easter.

Sometimes it's difficult to separate fiction from reality. This is such a case.

Oh my - that seems a bit extreme on Peter's part, hey? Eek. Bullying has been around forever, I just think now that it's cyber kids aren't even free from the bullying when they are home, which is horrible...
I am glad you had such a wonderful Easter!

Guess that it has been around.Remember in the earlier days.
Never came across this unless you called spanking bully.
My Principal gave me the rat hand .This is a long bamboo stick that she used to hit my hand. She was a bbbbbbbbbbbbbtch.
Even remember her name. She always curled her tonque while hitting.
Think that she was getting off on this.

I'm wondering what the fool-proof plan was, the tone of that letter is creepy, like that short story where the kid could just have a thought and people ended up dead and buried in the cornfield. I think there might have been a Stephen King movie based on it.

Your right the letter was creepy.Even his name.
Yes,Stephan King movie Children of the Corn. They have been several of these. My thought is why this is being brought up.
