ugh! I had a guy last summer selling books for kids. I listened to his whole spiel but could not afford them. he was a nice college kid and I felt bad for him. there's gotta be better ways for them to earn money!

I hope your dad's recovery goes fast and he is out of pain soon. I know that must be really hard. we are used to our Dad's being the strong one and to see them in a hospital bed is a real shock. keeping you all in my prayers, one day at a time.
