The kitchen floor is now down and looks very nice. It is an aged cherry laminate and cheers up my black and white kitchen. The storm has passed and all is well. Today, I am sitting here waiting for estimates on my roof and Bobby's roof. Bobby's already has 3 layers and needs a tear off. I
am hoping the insurance company will be generous. He and Ellie kept insisting that they had no damage but of course they didn't climb on the roof and look. The hail came at us so hard,fueled by a ferocious north wind that I knew we both had a lot of damage.

I have been clearing off table tops in preparation for having the carpet steam cleaned tomorrow. That is the last project for right now.

Rex was horrible this morning. He terrorized a very frail old lady who was walking her two little dogs. He only wanted to play but she didn't know that. He also insisted
on a route that takes us through a lovely, manicured,over the top lawn. That is where he wants to pee. We had several clashes of will...what do I do Kristy?
