The murder rate is soaring in Oklahoma City and in the small towns too. The worst has been the murder of little children by their fathers and step fathers. The most brutal torture was inflicted on an angelic appearing child by her mother's boy friend. She was repeatedly pushed under water at Lake Thunderbird until she finally drowned. The man's name is Donald Reeser. His own five year old child told the D. A. in a very clear statement. The mother was absent.

In another case which has not garnered as much attention, a white man and a black woman were both implicated in child's death and he had just been released from prison for killing his own child. God knows why he didn't serve his full sentence. This child also had broken ribs as welll as shaken
baby syndrome. The mother admitted that she had kept silent about his abuse.

They must have iq's below plant life. Children should nlot be brought into the world if they are not wanted and cherished.
It is not a duty to reproduce. I suppose that ignorance and inadequate mothering and the desire to have a man around at all costs are to blame.
