3 half chicken breasts
place in crock pot
Cover with l cup salsa
1 can green chilis
Bake in crockpot on low setting about 6 hours or until
tender.
Serve on a bed of lettuce with cheese and sour cream.
I find that I can eat more fruit than is allowed on
the Atkins diet. A big help for my weight loss has been
taking probiotics every day.
I am trying to change my eating habits but I still crave
things like cornbread with cheese and green chilis in it.
I allow myself an occasional splurge so it doesn't get
too dreary.
Ted loves my homemade cinnamon rolls so I make them and
freeze all but one. I take them out and nuke them for
two minutes and they are just as tasty as when they
come out of the oven.
