I may have mentioned that my Daughter -in-law's mother had a massive stroke about a month ago. Ellie did not have a visa and has to fly to Houston to the Russian Consulate to try to get her papers in order so that in the event her mother has another stroke she can go home. She is going tomorrow and her stress level is over the top. The girls are staying with me tonight and I will take them to school in the morning.

None of us want her to go to Russia but realize that she feels she must. Her mother cries and begs her to come home.

It seems that the Russian Consulate tries to make everything as difficult and troublesome as possible. They will accept nothing through the mail. It has to be brought to them . Logic has no place in the Russian paranoia.

On another note did any of you hear Barney Frank tell that
woman who brought the picture of Obama painted up to look like Hitler to the town hall meeting how stupid she was. He
did a magnificent job.
