I have been very busy these past two weeks. Just about all of my Christmas gifts have to be mailed, so I had to finish my shopping and get everything wrapped and packaged. I am almost done. I have a stack of boxes waiting to go to the post office. I wonder what is cheaper- USPS or UPS Ground? I still have not assembled my Christmas cards- yes, assembled. I buy blank cards, print the greeting inside, then attach art.
In between shopping and wrapping, last week I was busy printing certificates and making programs for our annual Change of Watch Ceremony this past Saturday (Dec 5th). I made all of the certificates for both the incoming and outgoing Division Commanders. Think I saw smoke rising from my print heads. Not really, but my printer did get a work-out. Last night was our annual Christmas party. Of course, I am the woman who does not have a life, so I was asked if I could come early and help set up too. I sneaked away afterwards because I really did not want to stay and help clean up too. The place was mostly done when I left, but a few things remained to be done. I had to remind myself that I am a volunteer, and I volunteered not to.
I miss you guys. I stop by and read your posts when I can. I have not always had the time to leave comments and found myself on a few pages that I had read before. Guess that is what happens if you don't take the time to leave a comment, so I am going to start leaving something even if it is only a smiley face so you know I was there.
About the image... think this church may want to consider replacing that window? Sign of the times...
