A few years ago I did a painting of a one-lane Kentucky road lined with Queen Anne's Lace. My sister wants the original so I guess I should send it to her. Yesterday I took a break from putting up my Christmas tree and repainted the same scene in different colors. The first (bottom image) is done in green and yellow. This time, I did it in green and blues. The first is early morning and the second is bright daylight. I like both.
I did finally get my tree up despite the distraction of painting.
