You know when you find out there's a sex offender moving into your neighborhood, what do you do? You freak out. Why? Because they can still be a threat. For the most part because they are rapists or child molesters. You petition for them to move away or you sell your homes because the state won't force them to move elsewhere because, in their minds, they have served their sentence and earned their freedom. I don't want that kind of person living with me. Especially a child molester. There are too many children that live near me and I would fear for their safety. My solution is a permanent exile. Put them on an island far from the society that shuns them. Give them the means to survive in exchange for labor. They will have the freedom to move around the island. They can even have a recreation center. They won't have access to any children to rape. If they feel the urge, they can rape each other. I know that there are people that will say it's not right to exile them. They will say things like "they are rehabilitated." I say that it's B.S. 9 out of 10 convicted child molesters and rapists are repeat offenders. Personally I think you should treat them like a dog that is considered vicious or rabid. Put them down. They are sick bricka brackas and will never be a truly productive member of society. If we can't execute them, exile them.
