Our cat George has been having problems with his colon for the past ten months. We've been trying to treat that problem with a combination of a new food and laxatives with him not getting better. Now he's really taken a turn for the worse. I won't go into graphic details but we had to make the tough decision to have him put down. Sadly he'll have to suffer until Monday afternoon but that leaves us a few days extra to say our good-byes. He started out as the runt of the litter. Grew to be a 16 pound purring machine. He was born on April 19, 1999. We got to take him home six weeks later. He was the oneriest little shit around but at the same time the most lovable friend you could ever have. I'm sorry he won't live to see his eleventh birthday but he did live a very good life and I hope his next life is just as great. We will miss you Georgie Boy. 4-19-99 to 2-22-10.
