You are so fortunate to have your mom's spinning wheel to have and hold. It isn't old and yucky, it's unique and sentimental. As she put a lot of love into using it, you will now put a lot of love into preserving it. That really is special.

Busy, busy, busy! It's amazing how much can be done in a day and how successful some "attempted" projects turn out. (I feeel like such a sloth lately...catching up on blogs and email with the TV or radio on takes a lot of time with little else getting done.)

Just simple facts...start like augusta recommends. Then, when it's time, say that people have different preferences according to the way they feel so, while many men and women (males and females or boys and girls) "like" each other, some men like like men and some women like women. (You fill in the words that you feel are best...you can even use "birds" for an example or dogs or flowers because homosexuality exists throughout nature. (Your son will also learn in that process that homosexuality occurs naturally, therefore it isn't gross or sick or freaky.)

Once again, none of these apply to me personally (thank goodness), but it is a shame!

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

(You are doing exactly what I've been wanting to do with my posts. The music is on the profile, but not with the posts...that's where music would be so ideal at times. You did it! Now, I want to do it!)

I have been meaning to comment on the pic...since the first time I saw it. I get carried away with commenting on your posts, though, so I keep forgetting. So, this time I am commenting on the pic...it is adorable. The innocence in those eyes and on his face...like "I didn't do it" and "I'm sorry" and "Do you still love me" is just coming through so loudly.

Oh, by the way, the post is very good, too. Great story there.

I'm not applauding...I'm just trying to turn off the lights!

Hey, AJ...they have light versions of a lot of Dunkin Donuts things. Even the "lights" are a bit "heavy", if you know what I mean, but in some cases the difference is quite a lot. (I wished for a $100 Dunkin Donuts card for Christmas. I did get a card, but it was only for $20, so that was used up a loooooooong time ago.)

I like your comments. (Oh, I wish I could see the art, but I understand.) I love the theme...it's a theme I would love to work with as much as learn from.

Yikes! More headaches! I'm glad YOU said "this is something I can't worry about", otherwise I would have never believed it! Hopefully, all will be up and running as needed soon.

He is an amazing man and spiritual leader. There is someone who I've been meaning to contact...the churchleader of St. James near RIC...whom, I believe, knows the Bishop personally. He, too, is a lot like the Bishop. He and his partner live in the rectory and he welcomes all people to very inspiring services, activities, and social meetings at the church, including a social and support group for GLBT members and friends of the church. I would also very much like to read this book.

I've read a few exerpts and find this very interesting. In cases of ancient temples, for example, as well as with ancient cities, nature returned and those places are now within lush jungles and thriving grasslands, for example...with wildlife being the inhabitants. Except for mainly the stone, there's little evidence of mankind...meaning no litter, pollution, etc. Look at the human-run part of the world now and compare it to those "forgotten" places...and see what it is doing to our earth (and beyond) as a result.

Sounds like fun, AJ! And, yes, keep socializing...you must be a great host!

I don't have a problem with mice here but we had our share in the old barn that was converted into the small engine repair shop my father owned and ran. Now, mind you, I don't mind mice...as long as I know they are there to begin with...heck, I'll even watch them or try to help them back outdoors (where they belong!). But, if I don't know about the presence beforehand and one suddenly appears, like scooting across the floor or peering at me from underneath something...well, that's when I'll completely freak out!

I haven't noticed the over-usage of any words because I'm buried under my over-used "actually", commas, "...", and "quite".

If it makes you feel better, you do NOT say "wonderful" more than Lawrence Welk because he says "wonnerful"!
