There were hints of how the economy is hurting the arts during many of the speeches made during the Golden Globe Awards. Live theater is not going to be immune to this crisis, that's for sure.
You listen to last.fm like I listen to it and like I listen to my playlist. I have put together a number of playlists and whenever I'm just sitting reading or looking at the computer or busying myself with chores in other rooms, I either open one of my playlists and let it play through or put on last.fm...they are my radios, my background music. You've got a lot of stuff there to read, wish I had more time to enjoy reading about all sorts of things. I just seem to have too much going on that everything is in bits and pieces, but I guess that's ok. I'm glad you got to enjoy the day...mine was ok, too...shoveling some snow, a nice long hot shower, doing some blogging and tending to emails, talking with my bro on the phone, just for a few ideas. Love the enjoyable days, don't you?

How sad and appalling. I'm glad that business will be business-as-usual, but it's sad to think that "something else" has to be added to the long list of things that the gay society has to be vigilant about.
I wanted to see it! Instead, we had completely overcast skies because a snowstorm started on Saturday night and continued throughout the entire night. I'm still waiting for all the clouds to clear.
Oh, Kelli, I can understand the thoughts and emotions you are dealing with as you try to determine the best route for you to take. There's the medical considerations, the personal need/drive to be a part of normal life and it's many responsibilities and experiences, and doing what's best all around for yourself (first) and for everybody else you care about and love. I think a good, serious talk with your doctor is the first real good step to take, and may God help lead you through the right steps from there.
I can see where it might catch on and be the luxury class way to travel. But, think of the possibilities in the cargo/commercial field...wow!

You make me happy on so many days, I'd like to think that I make you happy once in awhile, too. So, if saying thank you to someone is a way to make someone happy, then I say thank you to you.
