That pain can radiate like you wouldn't believe. I used to have a pain on my lower right side, that went all the way straight through...I felt like I had a knife sticking all the way through me. Sorry about the phone...that is so frustrating when that happens. I dropped my ambulance pager in the toilet one time......that wasn't good!!! (The toilet was clean!!)
Dang it all! If I lived closer I'd come and sit there with you and drink a hot cup of coffee and shoot the breeze for hours!

It is tedious and yet fun in a sick sort of way to sort through all the "stuff" that we thought were such treasures! I've been working on that since our move to MO. Should have done it BEFORE we moved all the schitt, but I wasn't that well prepared. Oh well, gives me something to do with the Slick One outta town!
Yea you on the WW! It is a hard thing to do, at the beginning, but once we get into it, it really isn't that hard to "eat right"! I've got to get myself motivated again. I put on a few pounds when we moved and I want to get them off, plus a few more.
Just further proof that some people should NOT be allowed to pro-create. They obviously don't have enough brains to pass on to anyone down the gene pool. Stupid is as stupid does!
A day off! You did just exactly what you should have done.....and that is: exactly what you wanted to do! Reminds me of my mom, when she would call me on my birthday and ask what I was going to do. If I said something like "I'm going to get the kitchen floor scrubbed" she couldn't believe it..."It's your BIRTHDAY!!" she'd say. "You should do something you want to do!" to which I would reply "I really WANT to scrub the kitchen floor!"
Early morning is my fav part of the day.....looking forward with eager anticipation to what the day will bring! I usually reflect on the day at night, but hadn't really thought of it in the way you described it...until now! That was great! Get some kitty pics out here for all of us to see!
If I didn't know any better, I'd swear you were spending the weekend with my sweet love - the Slick One. Amazing! and Wonderful! and the thank-yous were the greatest of all! I am very happy for you....now you know why I can really feel what you feel, because I have the same thing. Who'd have thought there were two of them still left out there in this world!!

I remember this! It is such good and practical advice...and it is a principal that I tend to live by...I just didn't call it the 90/10 theory. Spill coffee on myself at 5 a.m., and all over my newspaper and the floor. There I am, soaking wet, wiping coffee off the floor thinking "you know, this is going to be a great day, because when it starts off like this, there is no way to go but up!"
