Well we had another good day at the show. Not as good as Saturday.. but well worth it.
So we was able to buy some groceries.. I was able to send my ex a few weeks of "Child Support", and get some other things. I still "always" have to worry about the support.. because so much is in arrears. Just doing what I can (when I can), to keep courts off my back. As far as my ex goes.. she don't care. She knows I had the kids many years (single parent), and didn't even go for support.
I still need to unload my display tonight. Right now, it's hard. Just getting out of the show was "hard". As I mentioned before.. I have had these "incredible" cramps lately. Bending, walking.. most anything hurts so bad I almost cry. Now it hurts all the time "not just when the cramps (which come and go every 15 mins or so) are there. It was a super pain getting my display out of that show. MY display cases, work bench.. tool box (everything is heavy!). The display was designed to break down into a small place, but it is super heavy (and awkward). When 100 other crafters are trying to go out the same door, and I don't have a cart with me.. and the car is parked far away.. AND I am in "PAIN".. it was "tough". Finally, I used the portable baby crib as a cart. It only had wheels on one side.. so it was still hard, but easier then if I had to carry like everything alone.
I've always had a cart. Well, I forgot mine in Florida. So when I moved here.. I didn't have money. I couldn't afford the "casters" even to make one. I figured I'd just use another vendors (Till I was more established in MI again).. that worked, then I moved in with Roxi.. well there is no possible way we can fit one more thing in the car. It's like jammed packed.. every show we do. So... for now, I go without a cart.
Other then that.. was just a tiring day. Short day (11am - 4pm) but tiring. Once we left, we went to Meijer. Got a money order to send to child support, bought some stuff (stuffing broth, a baking pan) for my turkey (which is in the garage fridge thawing), Roxi bought some Xmas presents.. I came in and took a "hot bath".. damn that felt good!!! lol. I watched a few PBS movies, so I didn't have to go out and unload right away (needed relaxing), and now I am talkng to you.. lol.
Oh.. we did get some good "Fudge". The guy next to me been in business (his family) 25 years selling it. So I traded some "cut coins" for fudge. Good stuff, lots of flavors, and they even have "Sugar free" (Which I like because I am borderline diabetic).
Ok, take care all... Guess I gotta go and unpack... grrrr
Gary :)
