Been thinking on this. Lots of people have a web server, why can't I?

I program in about 10 computer languages, have about 25 yrs. Thinking I can pull it off.

So I have decided to work on this. Here is what I found so far...

I have several problems. These are the ones I encountered so far.

1)Re-direct ports. I think I can sort, for now.. a problem.
2)SPEED- I have a simple computer. Bandwidth will give me a
problem.
3)Some(ISP will block ya).. gotta work through.

What I do know, is people trust my programming ability. People ready to spend money for parts or whatever.

Eddie, no way in the coming years I could have the server you have.That takes money. If you could however "direct me". I would appreciate. I wanna start out small.. and progress.
