A Journey Into My Life

Bikers

I'm actually writing this blog to "redirect" my own mind of how "pissed" I am at "Roxann's kids" (read my previous blog).

I often have to do this for me. Most everyone that knows me would say the same. I can be the "coolest" person in the world. I usually am. But also they will say.. "If Gary DOES happen to get pissed, you better watch out"! I try to live a life that is "cool to all". I really do. But I am sure not "incapable" of getting into anyones chit. I'll put it this way, I am "90%" cool to all. The other "10%" of the time.. well I am not.

So to relieve my mind of some things, I'll talk about "Bikers" now. See, today as I sat in the "Garden weeding", I was thinking about a blog I wanted to "write". Bikers.. and my perception of them. The only thing that "stopped me" from writing that "first" is what happened with our kids today.
-------------------------------------------

I am NOT a biker. But neither am I a "wannabe" biker. This simple fact alone, will take some "explanation". I've had motorcycles since "3rd" grade. I raced Motocross for like 20 years. I've had "5" (I consider) major accidents. They include a "Ruptured spleen, hand broken twice, ribs broken, foot, neck brace for like forever".. well much more too.

After I knew the "motocross" things was over for me, I was riding "street bikes". Up until the last few years, I always had bikes.

In my "job" I set up with "Bikers" all the time. Over time, I've had some of the "Outlaws" (Biker club) working with me, (Hells Angels) and others. I have been invited to "private" parties and such. Been there, done that. But still I am not a "Biker".. well not in the sense it's portrayed. I am neither a "wannabe", nor do I wear any biker "colors". I am ALWAYS accepted at "Biker events".
-------------------------------------

This is how I would like you to "view" bikers. Because, it's true really. You will see some with a "tattoo" on the fingers that says "Fuck you". You will see some that have "skull" tattoos all over. Scary to some, yes I know. I know "many" are afraid of "Bikers" because of the perception".

I'm gonna say, the "perception" is totally not true. Any "Bikers here, feel free to say if I am off base". If you go to a "bar" or anything that there are "Bikers" present. Being an "innocent" there, you have the "strongest" police force you could imagine. Bikers will "Defend" who they feel "innocent" in a heartbeat. Plus, only takes a "call" to have 100 others there. You are "Far" safer with a few Bikers around then you would be otherwise.

Bikers "aren't stupid". Not in the least. What they want overall, Is "Freedom" for them and you too. Never fuck with a "Bikers freedom" (won't work for ya). Let them be themselves, and they won't have a problem with most anything you do.
-----------------------------------

I remember doing this "Biker" event once. Well I am a "vendor" and there was other "Vendors". The show promoter said on loudspeaker (and I knew him well), "Somebody stole a knife from booth 32 (or something like that). It was a booth that sold knives and such. Anyway, he said.. "If you Return the knife, there will be no problems". If your "caught" without trying to "return it" there will be major problems for you. So Please, return it to the "rightful owner, if not we are not responsible for what happens.
------------------------------------

This is "Bikers" to a tee.. lol. I know for a fact, once they heard that. If the dude returned the "knife" nobody would mess with him. I also knew, if he didn't return it.. and was caught outside. He'd have the biggest problems of his life.

I don't know what happened this time. I just know what happens on a "general" sense.

Bikers are "cool" people. Just not ones to mess with with.

Gary :)
