I had no idea Raspberries were so high in fiber. No wonder I don't like them. But I LOVE pistachios, walnuts, and almonds -- definitely a nutty guy
My mom has recently started using kale in a lot of her recipes..especially in her homemade soups. So good!

I try to have a few nuts every day, I mean besides the ones I live with, real nuts like almonds.

I have an handful of walnut,just about every day.
Kidney and lentil one of my favorites.
All beans are my favorites.
Good information there and we all need it.
