Not a good idea. Here is one of the worst examples I've seen recently. This is one for the record books!

About a 1000 people attending an annual outdoor music festival, were in for a very nasty surprise last weekend. At 11:30 a.m.,they were told to check their cars and move to higher ground. They went and checked and saw the water rising.

Some lined up to get out of the parking lot. They didn't know it yet, but it was already too late. The only entrance was already knee deep in water that was steadily rising. They were trapped.

They still are. The radio station that runs the annual festival, will begin towing the cars on Monday. A spokesman said it will take about 5 days to get all the vehicles out....
