This is a rare four-coned cluster of pinecones, similar to a four-leafed clover.
The back of the red cabin that was covered by the 1937 addition. No sign of paint on the logs, so the house must have been this color for 27 years.
Where the addition was:
The inside of a big log that was supporting the house and has almost entirely rotted away. The cylinder on the top is a core of the log, with knotholes attaching it to the outer part of the log.
