It seemed like the perfect cake for you. I've never had one of those cakes that are enclosed in the rolled out frosting like that. They seem to be more for looking than eating, but I'm sure they are good. One thing I miss about having a job is once in awhile there would be a sheet cake.

Sheet cakes are so good! We had one for Nova's birthday and for
Sara's shower. I would like to have coconut cake. Adrienne and Ashley
are too weight conscious to eat desserts and it takes too long too
eat one. However, I bought an irish cream cheese cake and it is going
fast.

I am as always trying to lose weight so this kind of cake really suits
me. I helped load a rick of wood with the help of a neighbor and put
it in our back yard to season...not bad for 86!!

At our high altitude, 7000 feet, it's a challenge to get a cake to come out like it's supposed to, but perfecting the adjustments gives me something to live for.
