Pillsbury Bake off Winner

The million dollar winning recipe at the Pillsbury Bake Off was peanut butter cookies filled with peanut butter cream.

It calls for refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough that you slice. You mix powdered sugar into peanut butter to make the filling. Roll it into balls and surround each ball with cookie dough. Roll the balls in chopped peanuts mixed with cinnamon sugar. Place on cookie sheets and mash flat with the bottom of a glass sprayed with cooking spray. Thicker will have more cream filling, flatter will have less. Sprinkle more chopped nuts on top of the cookies and press down. Bake it at 375 degrees.

That's it. A surprisingly simple million dollar winner.

But, duh, where do you get the cookie dough? Does Pillsbury sell it? My baking knowledge is simple: I have none. I can make these as "bring something" treats when we are invited to holiday things. I might allow myself one or two a year.
