For the last several days, Jeri (elderjane) has not been able to log in to or even see the MyBloggers website. She gets a "Page Cannot be Displayed" error on all three browsers she has tried. She's talked to the help desks at her Norton, ISP, and HP computer support. She tried to talk to the modem manufacturer, Netgear but it didn't go so well because the Asian help desk person couldn't understand Jeri's Oklahoma accent, and she couldn't understand their accent, whatever it was.
Her ISP tried calling Eddie about it, if you can imagine. I don't know if she has tried to log in on Ted's lap top or her son's computer, but you would think her son would have thought of that. I told her if Bobby can get in from his house, then don't bother calling Netgear because that clears Jeri's modem of wrong-doing. I am able to log in as Jeri, and someone else (maybe it was Eddie) logged in as her this morning, so I am positive it is something to do with her computer.
One of the things I suggested she look at is the parental controls feature of Windows 8. It would be easy for someone to block MyBloggers using that.
Well, anyhow, hello to you all from Jeri.
Hoping Jeri gets all the connection issues settled....
