Generator Part 2

This is the propane piping running along the side of the house. The plumber even painted it brown to match the house.

They cut a big hole in the laundry room wall.

It was filled back in, and the dry wall guy finished the repairs and texturing today.

Here are the electricians' tools - lots of rechargeable drills, a boom box, a small microwave for their lunch, power cords, and buckets 'o bolts and small parts. The hood of the van is up because they borrowed my battery charger for their battery (bad alternator).

Lunch time. I offered to make soup for them, but they said even when they are working in town close to restaurants, they bring their own food.

Very much relieved. I was starting to panic at the thought that I'd be here alone for Thanksgiving and he'd be in Las Vegas on his own staying at who knows which hotel, and the cat home alone.

I forgot to say that the top picture is work in progress - now that they are done there is a lot more stuff hung off the side of the house, but we'll get there in one of these installments.
