Interpreting Gay Personal Ads

I was amused right out of my chair. I've never answered or placed a personal as in my life. In my world we volunteer someplace to meet people.

I'd rather go be a Museum Docent, or work at a homeless shelter. People show you who they are at things like that. Are they talking to the kids who ask the same question every time bored, or can they still paste on a smile and say, "That's an excellent question, the answer is..."

Are they hiding back in the kitchen cooking for the unwashed masses, or actually finding a place for the unwashed guy to get a shower and clean up so somebody will hire him?

For you, because you are always on the go, I would say, volunteer an hour or two as a consultant for "Habitat for Humanity" once a month. There are cute guys at these homebuilding events. You might have a gay old time. Or, for a quiet moment in your life, volunteer to put books back on shelves for an hour a week. You meet such interesting men in libraries. Or, do what I do now. Take a nap.

"I have a thing for uniforms...I've been incarcerated."...that had me so hard. Every one of these cracked me up.
