Rather my foot. Just went through surgery a week ago and I'm still recuperating. It was foot surgery for plantar fascitis and a large heel spur. To be honest the heelspur thing hurts worse than the incision. I guess they sort of grind that off...yuck!
Anyway, enough of that. It's that time of year. The time when the leaves are just about to turn (in any state but mine) and huge crowds gather round flatscreen tvs to consumer numerous bags of chips salsa and beer and soda and watch the American pasttime -- football. For me it begins on Saturday morning with college game day and goes throughout whatever games I wish to watch. Sometimes simultaneously I watch two like last week Florida State and the Bulldogs shared the screen.Tomorrow it will be the same...all day. Finally this Sunday the NFL begins again. Now I have two very solid days of football with assorted other days of the week. For these few months, I will thrive until Football is over and I have to figure out what to do with myself.
Fall in Florida? Hmmmmmm, sometimes we have a week or two of it. Usually sometime in October or November. Last year it came earlier and stayed cooler for several months. Sort of a surprise here in the sunshine state. Anyway,, just wantedto stop by and chat. Hope you are all doing well!
