Hello Hello Hello again, friends and neighbors in blogsterland.
Methuselah was struck by lightning 12 days ago--it knocked out the phone, and I guess the dial up connection also burned out the power box or some such inside the tower. I thought about not getting him fixed, and getting a new pc. I looked and looked but I have a bad habit of clinging to old and familiar things--ergo--I had him fixed.

The dead computer sat there rebuking me for not fixing him up and threatening to toss him into the Leaf River. 11 days passed. Finally yesterday I found a computer tech to come take Methuselah to his house and replace the power thingy inside the tower. He brought it back this morning and hooked Methuselah up and charged me $190.00 and voila! The old boy is resurrected! I'm back on MyBloggers again. I really missed him--and all of y'all so much.

All is well until he's struck by lightning again or some other malady of aging knocks him out. Computers are finicky things, aren't they?
