Well right now hurricane/tropical storm "Lee" is off our Gulf Coast and all the Coast from Mobile Alabama to New Orleans is going to get pelted with wind and rain, and we keep getting tornado warnings and high wind warnings. The sky is very dark as if the thick dark clouds are lying on top of the trees.

I'm as ready as one can be--canned goods, a new manual can opener,(trying to open a can with a butcher knife and a church key is dangerous) plenty of water and a tank full of gas among other things. Also flashlights, because all it takes here is a little puff of wind and the lights go out. I have a teeny little flashlight I pinned on front of my blouse so I won't be caught without a light.
