Well as George Bush said what seems like all those years ago, America is addicted to oil. So when you have an addiction and run low, what do you do? You go on a drug run. So George is sending Dick back to see our good friends in Saudi Arabia where 18 percent of the people like Americans and Saudi Intelligence keep Bin Laden screen savers to see if he can score some dope.
