Well my dearest. I could write a long litany of what is wrong with the world but I will not. I am going to say that plastic surgery doesn't fix people's self esteem issues, generally speaking. Over the last few years plastic surgery has exploded, in my humble opinion due to the commercialization of the reality extreme make over shows. I am glad that you got an award you deserve it. You work hard to be a good mom and partner.. It's high time someone recognized that.
