Baked Garlic

I love garlic and until recently I have not been able to find a good recipe to how to bake garlic to where it comes out perfect.

That is until now, my wonderful husband, Paul can cook and he shared with me his recipe on how to bake garlic and have it come out perfect.

So, for all you garlic lovers out there I will share the recipe with you.

INGREDIENTS

* 3 medium heads garlic
* 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Cut aluminum foil into 3 6-inch squares (large enough to wrap each garlic head). Place 2 teaspoons of butter in each square of foil and place one garlic head into each square of foil. Fold the packets up, and arrange them in a 9 inch pie pan.

3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the garlic is soft.

Once they have cooled I like to take a clove and spread it on wheat crackers..Oh they are so good!!
