Landlords are a strange breed. You would think that they would try to pick better tenants, but with everyone being quick on the draw to call a lawyer and sue for any reason they cannot be as picky as they would like. Us old timers are normally great tenants, quiet, polite, considerate, and I am sure you our future first prez, fit the bill quite well. I love opening the window and getting fresh air, Hope you can cope, just remember it is for the little ones best interest.
