Norah Jones and Willie Nelson Rock the House.

I absolutely love the music of Norah Jones. Her unique sound, a combination of country and jazz, is something I have not heard from anyone else.

I'm giving Norah Jones for Christmas to the music lovers on my Christmas list. If you have music lovers on your list, I'll bet they would love her music also.

Here she sings two wonderful duets, "I Don't Wanna' Get Over You," and "Baby, It's Cold Outside." with Willie Nelson

I have avoided all pop since I learned to hear. Exceptions are jazz and ballads of the 40s and 50s -- Ella, Lena, etc.

Yes, we do, and I respect your right not to like their music. I, for one, never have cared for The Beatles. People used to think I was crazy. They could NOT understand how anyone could NOT like the Beatles.

I had to listen twice...I love Willie and think Norah Jones is the best
of the young singers.

I know! I have listened to them three or four times. And I agree about Norah Jones. I think she is the best young singer of this generation. I can't understand why she is not a superstar. I read her biography on Wikipedia. She said that Willie Nelson was a major influence on her singing style.

He's a difficult man with which to sing a duet because of his unusual phrasing, but Norah Jones can do it because she uses phrasing a lot like his.
