My, how things have changed. The computer has replaced the television as America's favorite past time in many homes; but it does so many other things for us as well. It drives our days at work; it provides games to entertain us, it balances our checkbooks, it pays our bills, it introduces us to new people, it provides our news and sports entertainment; it educates us--obviously the list is endless. The world has shrunk considerably because of the computer. In short, it permeates our lives and minds. But it can also be frustrating...

He must have been on the New Blogster site!!

This poor guy. Wonder if his initials are GRH, by any chance. (Inside joke, MyBloggerstown neighbors!)

And what about those privacy issues! I'll bet she voted for Dubya! Serves her right!
Have you ever tried to get to talk to a live body at AOL. And if you finally can outsmart their automated system, they have the most well-trained employees in "double speak" with whom I have ever had the displeasure of dealing. I heard they trained under the present administration.

Then, there's that worrisome issue of child abuse!

I have to admit, though, that the new computers can do amazing things!

Wonder if they ever heard of a roaring surf? Probably their first time to get off the computer long enough to go to the beach!

Ever had a day when something like this happens. It can ruin a perfectly good computer session about as fast as a used-car salesman can talk!

Speaking of fast-talking salesmen, have you dropped by Online Larry's yet? I hear they've got some great buys, still downloaded with all sorts of juicy stuff!! Dubya was there the other day when I went in--just to browse, you understand!

Isn't it ridiculous how attached some people get to their computers? I'd keep the kids--now the husband, that's a different matter entirely!

He's going to regret this tomorrow, I promise you!!
Well, I think you get the picture. Good night and sweet computer dreams!
