Iced Coffee and Global Warming

Today I was walking around the town searching for coffee...God I love coffee! I walked up to a coffee shop located near this huge bookstore I like to go to and there was a huge sign in the window that read, "WE HAVE ICED COFFEE".

This confused me. Shouldn't all coffee shops have iced coffee? Is there an ice shortage in the World that am unaware of? I know global warming is a real issue but has it already started to affect our coffee shops?

So how's the coffee shops in America or wherever you're from?

Anyways, while I worry about the state of the World I'm going to enjoy my iced coffee.

I love iced coffee! Make it at home, though. I think they have them at Starbucks... not sure because I don't frequent Starbucks. (Does Starbucks have two r's?) I make mine with coffee (instant), a tiny bit of hot water to dissolve the coffee, and the rest cold nonfat soymilk and pour it all over ice cubes! It's pretty good!

I am not much of a coffee drinker. I drink 1 cup
(usually) in the morning.
By the way, glad you made me a friend.

We have alot of places here for coffee, all the standard ones..Dunkin Doughnuts, Starbucks, McDonalds. Of course there are some local places where you can get a great coffeeI have reached the point in my life where coffee is now my only vice..that and iced tea

Well I guess ice IS kind of energy intensive, but I think it is that, in the temporate zone anyway, iced coffee is only offered in the summer, which is just getting here. In Indonesia I never drink iced anything (anymore!-learned the hard way-no antibodies), but I LOVE Javanese coffee (or Sumatran second). Dina's relatives always stock up on Kapal Api when we come.
