Between fans blowing high and an impending meeting this morning w/a client, it was a fitful night of sleep.
I usually sleep on my side, curled up, and have lately been putting a pillow under the top arm for support to guard against tingling numbness.
Sometimes the pillow gets in the way as more of a bother than a help. While asleep, I'll push or kick the pillow til it ends up on the floor.
Problem is, the arm ends up numb, so I flip sides and start over. By that time, I'm half awake and begin thinking of things forthcoming, conversations earlier in the day, and stuff that needs to get done.
Once the dawn brings light through the blinds, that's it. The brain begins reviewing the day.
Usually at bedtime, I take 5mg Melatonin. It provides sound sleep and often gives me crazy dreams. Uninterrupted sleep is one of the best things in the world... so maybe tonight will be that.
