One of the best salads is so simple:
marinate: sliced mushrooms & thin sliced onions in balsamic vinegar and a bit of good quality extra virgin olive oil.
make a bed of greens (your choice - I use spinach and arugula) and then -
mix altogether for a nice, low cal, tasty salad to go with a fistful of protein.
One of the best healthy meals to have any day.
