So I've been drinking it every day for the past 2 wks and have lost 4 lbs. I cut out all alcohol (my beloved glass of Asti or Pinot Grigio or Gewurtztraminer or Riesling or...)
Haven't added anything more to my physical regimen. In fact, b/c I'm overhauling my portfolio, my butt's been glued to my ergonomic chair during waking hours.
I will say that all the effort is producing what I hope is more than a worthwhile book.
Between figuring Tweening in Flash and vectorizing some of my sketches in Illustrator, I have managed to eat.
It is so satisfying when something you did actually works.
Perhaps my renewal at GoDaddy won't end up being wasted after all.
