For someone who suffers from chronic lower back pain, each morning proposes a way to "move" past and beyond the present pain.
So . . . what I do - is take too much Ibuprofen which then allows me to move normally after about 30 minutes + 8 hours.
Going through the day usually entails fixing something to eat, showering, errands, and pursuing a design endeavor. Errands usually include my elderly mom, where we double up on destinations, i.e., post office, bank, markets.
My lower lumbar pain is recurrent from 2001, when I knelt down to remove a platter of 50 sub-sands from the lower tray of a 50+lb cart. Instead of moving with my legs & knees to the side, I moved from my upper torso to the left. Crunch.
Flexeril, while it has taken the edge off, doesn't solve things. Doing my abdominal strengthening exercises judiciously, as I should.
